For this class, easy recipes are typed into recipe templates that are made with either a George Foreman, Griddle, Microwave, Blender/ Food processor, Panini Press, Crockpot, or No Bake Method. Each station has a recipe with the ingredients and supplies needed to make the recipes. At the end, each group shares their finished product, so everyone has a chance to try the different recipes. The student-athletes cut, prepare, and cook each recipe. This also provides a platform to educate how to cook or utilize different foods. The recipes are then shared with the participants to replicate at home.
