Group education sessions are offered to individual teams upon request.

Fueling to optimize training adaptations (topics include calorie and macronutrient goals, performance plates, nutrient timing, fueling pre/during/post training)
Fueling for real-life (topics include meal prep, groceries, fueling schedule, and other logistical concerns)
Fueling for competition (topics include choosing meals/snacks/hydration on-the-road, before/during/after competition)
