Group education sessions are offered to individual teams upon request.


Group education can address the following topics: 

  • Fueling to optimize training adaptations (topics include calorie and macronutrient goals, performance plates, nutrient timing, fueling pre/during/post training) 

  • Fueling for real-life (topics include meal prep, groceries, fueling schedule, and other logistical concerns) 

  • Fueling for competition (topics include choosing meals/snacks/hydration on-the-road, before/during/after competition) 

  • Supplements 

  • Hydration 

  • Nutrition for immune health 

  • Sport-specific nutrition concerns
